There are not many neighborhoods in our area like Radley Run so it made sense for the owners to make the changes they wanted to their home instead of going into the market to find a home that had everything they wanted. The kitchen was the main focus of this renovation and with most houses that are a little older, the kitchen needed more space. An addition was done out the rear of the home to allow the space that was needed for a modern kitchen. At the same time, we added a larger addition out the rear of the home to allow for a Guest bedroom / Office with a full bath and a large laundry room. By adding the laundry in this area, we were able to free up space in the mudroom and make this area a space the family can really use on a daily basis. Walls were also removed on the first floor to give this home a more open feel and hardwood floors were added to areas and existing areas were refinished to give a new consistent look throughout the main floor.
