The goal of this project was to help our clients realize their vision in the home they were purchasing. We worked with the clients prior to them purchasing the home so they could see what was possible and what the costs would be before they made their offer. The most crucial aspect of this project was adding width to the kitchen area. A 5’ addition added the room we needed to give the kitchen the look and feel everyone wanted. Once in the home we updated the window package in the family room, replaced exterior doors, replaced stair railings and spindles, added new hardwood flooring and carpet. On the exterior we replaced stucco with James Hardi Plank siding and replaced the deck and patio.
